Texas Log Homes, located in Chappell Hill, Texas wanted to do several things at once: redesign their brochure, rebrand with a more upscale and professional image and incorporate both their stone and log home businesses within the the same umbrella- all while maintaining a rustic feel.

To accomplish this, I began by color-coding the businesses - a khaki color for the stone business and a pine green color for the log home business- with a cedar color that unified the two, just as in their homes.

Photo treatment, combined with color scheme and typography give the impression of elegance overlaying a rural feel.

This brochure was quite a departure - and a few steps up - from the collateral that they had been using. The client was so pleased with this brochure that they hired me to continue the theme on a new billboard and on their web site.
